A thousand American flags will be displayed Sept. 11-13 at Owatonna Degner Regional Airport as part of a tribute to the 25th anniversary of 9/11. The flags will stand on 7 1/2 -foot white flagstaffs across the grounds of the airport, creating a breathtaking panorama of red, white and blue.
