Mismo😉

Show up even when you’re tired, unmotivated, busy, or not seeing results immediately. 💪🪞

A lot of people can start, but not everyone can stay disciplined enough to continue. Progress doesn’t come from one intense workout… it comes from the small efforts repeated every single day. Slowly becoming stronger, healthier, and better than yesterday. 🔥

Pakondisyon kasi Pag baba Medical agad aah🤣🤣✌️✌️

“From scrolling screens to conquering continents. 🌍⚔️

Our European Captain taught us how to play Risk onboard (Strategic Board Game), and bigla nalang naging nightly bonding ng mga tropa. From allies to betrayals real quick. 😆🤣

Instead of everyone being busy sa cellphone at social media, nagkaroon kami ng real conversations, tawanan, strategy talks, at healthy competition onboard.

Sometimes the best way to escape stress at sea is not through gadgets, but through moments like this with the crew.
Less screen time, more brotherhood onboard. 🚢♟️

PLAN FOR IT, WORK FOR IT😉

Woaaah...it's been 8 years since I finished the whole 72 days of training for Management Level Course (MLC). Pangalawang akto ko pa lang nun as 4th engr and then I decided na kumuha na nung training na yun during that vacation. That time, ang plano ko pa lang is kumuha lang ng training at maghintay nalang na maging 36 months ang experience as OIC (4th or 3rd engr),para isang exam nalang for Chief Engrs license.

So year 2021, after ko makapag accumulate ng 36 months sea experience as OIC nakapag exam na ko ng management level, and by God's grace pumasa naman. Pero that time, hindi na hinanap or ni require ang MLC para makakuha lisensya..🤣🤣 sakit sa hart🥹🥹

Alam ko ngayon ni re require na sia ulit bago ka makakuha ng lisensya pero this time shortened na sia like almost kalahati nung total days of training before na galing 72 days (face to face) down to 43 days tapos may blended pa or online kaya mas convenient na at less hassle.

Point of this post?? so if you really want a career growth, kelangan din nating mag invest, we should plan and work for it. Pero yun nga kelangan lang planuhin maigi and carry out accordingly. Kahit pa unti unti atleast makaka usad .and Ohraayts???

MOST IMPORTANTLY, mga Misis ng magigiting na Marino, Support your husbands, encourage them to invest in their career.

Bunot Piston tips 101😎😎🫡🫡

Almost ready for Tomorrow’s action…

Piston overhauling- One of the most important and critical maintenance na ginagawa ng mga marine engineers/ratings.. Kailangan ng tamang preparation, toolbox meeting/briefing before commencement of job, And knowledge at experience ng mga gagawa neto ang susi para mapabilis ang pag gawa ng ganitong trabaho.

Piston overhauling is a planned maintenance, that is according to Running hours of our engine, But it can also be an unplanned maintenance due to its condition according to the criteria from the makers manual instruction. Pwedeng yung supposedly 16000 hrs na maintenance ay magiging 8 000 hours Nalang or minsan mas mababa pa due to sudden deterioration dahil din sa napakadaming factors.

Mukha lang siyang simple (if all goes well at walang sablay ) pinaka mabilis 6-8 hours matatapos to, pero kung minsan dahil sa mga aberya during overhauling pinaka matagal na na experience ko is 16 hours. Yes, bakit?

Kelangan ng focus at complete awareness during the process, ratings or engineers man kelangan lahat aware sa mga ginagawa kasi konting mali lang possible maging sanhi ng injury or aksidente.

Whatever the duration, the most important thing that every Senior Engineers wish is to complete the job successfully with ALL INVOLVED CREW SAFE. That’s the most important thing above all..

Ohraayts.. Let’s do this😎
