I'm a q***r plus-sized content creator, Pilates instructor, world traveler, and group trip host. Our first stop in the park was a 5-mile hike out to Fairy Falls!

Fairy Falls is one of my favorite hikes- relatively flat, lots of shade, and a 200-foot waterfall at the end! But the best part is ALWAYS the ground squirrels and chipmunks!!! I love them so much 🐿️🐿️🐿️

We got lucky with great weather this go around, so I’m thankful for that as well. My body also cooperated on this hike, and I’m very very grateful for that. As my chronic illnesses progress, I have learned to find joy in the days when my body feels less like my enemy.

Listen- I love nature so much. I truly do. Yellowstone never ceases to amaze me. I’ve been 3 times, and every time I step foot into the park, I feel overwhelmed with amazement all over again just like the first time.

The sky, the wildlife, the mountains, the sun, the water, and the thermal ground … nothing can be more awesome than that.

I won’t apologize or make excuses for the sheer volume of photos I’m about to post because they’re all gorgeous and worth sharing because one day photos might be all we have left.

I will admit, I shed a few tears thinking about the decimation of our public lands and national parks. I cried for the wild horses now, and the bison, elk, and wolves later.

Our parks are sacred.

Some things should be kept sacred and safe.

Please scroll through and see what I saw in just a few hours in Yellowstone. We saw all of these creatures before our hike even began!

Please remember what deserves protection. This is their home. This is OUR home to protect too. It just means so much to me.
