Our goal is to ride the awesome trails, show the world how much fun mountain biking can be, and improve on all of our skills.

Today we volunteered our time along with the rest of our other team to work a rest/refill station for Spokes for Strokes, an annual bicycle ride to raise stroke awareness and raise funds to invest in life-saving technologies and expanded stroke care services.

MTB riding while still recovering from the flu is not recommended.
