Photographing Dawson was truly a joy. He brought such an easy confidence and kindness to his session, which made every moment a pleasure to capture. His parents joined us as well—his dad, being a photographer himself, made for some great conversation throughout the shoot, and his mom’s warm, encouraging presence brought such a positive energy to the day. It was an honor to celebrate this milestone with their family and create images that reflect who Dawson is in this season of life. 📸✨

There are moments that feel like sunshine — bright, gentle, and full of everything pure and good. ✨

These two were absolutely glowing with joy. The way she leans into him with complete trust, and the way he sits proudly — with that little grin that says he’ll always be her protector — is the kind of sibling bond that melts your heart. 🤍

Childhood looks like this: giggles in the golden light, little cowboy hats and soft dresses, scraped boots and wild imagination, and the comfort of always having your built-in best friend by your side.

It’s not often that a client truly surprises me, but Lydia’s story—and the way she found her way back to me—was a first.

In November of 2021, her mom, Noelle, booked me to photograph her son Wesley’s senior portraits. We met at Noble Park, and I still remember how sharp and put-together he looked when he arrived. His little sister, Lydia, came along for the session, and the four of us spent about an hour strolling through the park capturing his photos. I had no idea then that the connection we made that day would come back around in such a special way.

Fast forward to this June, when Noelle texted to ask if I was still doing senior portraits. This time, it was Lydia’s turn—and she specifically asked for me. To say I was honored would be an understatement. It means so much to know that an experience from four years ago stayed with her and made her excited to come back.
