With a DJ, a bartender and hot air balloons, I think we set a new standard for open houses in Pagosa Springs this past Saturday. Over 100 people walked through 157 S 6th and saw a $1.7M renovated Victorian home with some of the best views downtown has to offer. Hit us up if you have any interest in this one!
