Tonight, we celebrated something more than a restaurant.

We celebrated family.
We celebrated faith.
And we celebrated every single person who has journeyed with us and poured their time, heart, and grit into bringing Patria to life. ♥️

Our appreciation night was a moment to pause—to look around and realize just how many hands and hearts have helped shape this dream into reality. From those who painted walls, to those who stood by us in prayer and encouragement—you are part of the roots of this home.

Tomorrow, we open our doors. But tonight, we honored the journey. ✨

At Patria, family is our foundation, and this Father’s Day, we’re celebrating the men who helped build it. The ones who quietly sacrifice, boldly love, and pour their wisdom into the next generation.

Bring dad in next week to our soft opening and enjoy brunch filled with delicious food, good coffee, and the kind of moments that remind us where we come from.
