Happy Saturday, friends!
I'll be subbing a yoga class tomorrow morning at 9am at the Sunny Yoga Shala.
We'll move through a gentle Yin-style practice that is slow-paced and meditative.

Good Saturday morning, friends!
I will be teaching yoga class tomorrow morning, Sunday October 8 at my old studio, the Sunny Yoga Shala!
