Welcome to my 2022 / 2023 Winter Outlook. As many of you know, THIS is my favorite time of the year. We will answer questions such as,

"Will it be a cold winter"?
"Will it snow heavily"?

What I can tell you is as always, we will see a multitude of conditions throughout the winter season. This year we should once again get familiar with the phrase "La Nina".

For the subscribers, I will "dig" into the specifics. I hope you enjoy!

As an experienced Meteorologist, having worked as a Senior Forecaster, Fire Weather Forecaster, Fruit Frost Forecaster, Aviation and Marine Forecaster from Anchorage, Alaska through Washington and Oregon to Honolulu, Hawaii, I would like to power this page with weather information of interest to you, the Friends of My Weather Concierge, West Coast. The creator of the App discussed here appears to have abandoned his efforts to reach folks through the app, but we still have a community here of folks interested in West Coast Weather, so why not develop this page to satisfy the interests and provide weather information to the community? So... let me know your thoughts on channeling the page to your interests. Post or message here. Thanks! Bob Farrell
