Four new additions to the farm and I forgot just how much personality these guys have.

It feels good having a little more life around here again. 🤎

September always feels a like a fresh start to me. It's my favorite month - you can feel the changing of seasons and everything starts to calm down and feels "new"

I’m so ready to get back to cooler temps, cleaning up the garden, cooking, working around the house and farm, and anxiously awaiting a new grandbaby this fall. Hope you all have a fantastic September. 😊

Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸

I loved this city more than I expected to. The history, the monuments, the incredible architecture, and all the details that make you stop and look a little longer.

But the best part was why we were there in the first place — watching my daughter and son-in-law do what they’ve worked so hard for and feeling incredibly proud of them. Also getting some pretty special time with my grandbabies while they did it.

A week full of Americana, history, family, beautiful places, a whole lot of walking… and somehow we ended it watching Billy Gibbons play. How can you top that 😊

It was humbling, had all the feels and was an amazing trip from the moment we arrived till the very end. I left feeling tremendously proud and grateful. ❤️🇺🇸🎸
