Wine and Craft Beverage News

Wine and Craft Beverage News An online newsletter with information for commercial vineyards, wineries, breweries & distilleries.

Both Country Folks and Country Folks Grower have served the agriculture and horticulture industry for many years. As agriculture changes and our readers’ businesses change, we also diversify to fill the needs of our customers. Viticulture is an important and growing branch of horticulture. Winemaking and the accompanying tasting rooms add value and marketing opportunities for growers across the Un

ited States. To serve this segment of the market better than we could with our more general publications, Lee Publications is excited to announce that in the fall of 2011 we introduced our newest publication, Wine and Craft Beverage News.

Scotch whisky (Scottish Gaelic: uisge-beatha na h-Alba), often simply called whisky or Scotch) is malt whisky or grain whisky (or a blend of the two), made in Scotland.

All Scotch whisky was originally made from malted barley. Commercial distilleries began introducing whisky made from wheat and rye in the late 18th century. As of 2022, there were 141 whisky distilleries operating in Scotland, making Scotch whisky one of the most renowned geographical indications worldwide.

The mojito is a traditional Cuban punch. The cocktail often consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime juice, soda water and mint. Its combination of sweetness, citrus and herbaceous mint flavors is intended to complement the rum, and has made the mojito a popular summer drink.

I mean, just look at it. It's begging you to sip on it poolside. Or lakeside. Or oceanside.

Our Story

In the fall of 2011, Lee Newspapers introduced Wine and Craft Beverage News as their newest publication. Having served the agricultural and horticulture industries since 1965, the expansion into serving the viticulture industry just made sense since viticulture is a growing branch of horticulture. Wine and Craft Beverage News is a monthly magazine resource on the latest news within the industry and feature stories about the movers and shakers in their respected aspects of this industry. As of October 2018, we offer a free newsletter that comes right to your inbox on Wednesday afternoons. In our newsletters we have news and content that you can only get in the newsletter. Check out our website (which we are currently remodeling - get excited, we sure are!) www.wineandcraftbeveragenews.com
