Nisaa Media Incubator:
Nisaa Media Incubator ( NMI) was launched in September 2022. A project of Nisaa Broadcasting Radio Company (Nisaa FM) in Ramallah, dedicated to Palestinian female journalists with programs designed to add life and professional skills. Our objective is to develop the journalists’ capacities by providing them with tools, equipment, and knowledge needed in addition to acquaint
ing them on their rights as women journalists and how to overcome all internal and external challenges to occupy key positions and have a remarkable impact on the media discourse in Palestine. The project also aims to enrich them with various experiences in various journalistic fields in the different walks of life through specific targeted training and mentorship programs as well as supporting their media start-ups technically and independently.
حاضنة نساء الاعلامية
تم إطلاق حاضنة نساء الإعلامية في آيلول 2022. وهو مشروع خاص لشركة نساء للبث الاذاعي (نساء اف ام) في رام الله, مخصص للصحفيات الفلسطينيات من خلال برامج تهدف إلى إضافة المهارات الحياتية والمهنية لهن. هدفنا هو تطوير قدراتهن من خلال تزويدهن بالأدوات والمعدات والمعرفة اللازمة وتعريفهن بحقوقهن كصحفيات وكيفية التغلب على جميع التحديات الداخلية والخارجية لشغل مناصب رئيسية ويكون لها تأثير ملحوظ على الخطاب الإعلامي في فلسطين و إثرائهن بخبرات مختلفة في مختلف المجالات في مختلف مناحي الحياة. وهذا يشمل برنامج التدريب والإرشاد بالإضافة إلى دعمهن في بداية الاستقلالية الاعلامية من خلال المشاريع الناشئة ودعمها تقنيا و ذاتيا.
