Everyday life for many Palestinian children begins with fear and ends with longing.
Lama and Jana lost their father to the war, but never their love for him.
Every child deserves safety, family, and peace.
These testimonies were collected as part of the “For Them” training by to give voice to the lived reality of Palestinian children in Jerusalem, while exposing the daily violations they face and calling for urgent action to protect their rights.

In Gaza, motherhood has become a matter of survival.
Every day, over 183 women give birth amid collapsing hospitals, power outages, and a severe shortage of medical supplies.
Only 1–2 hospitals out of 36 still provide maternity services.
More than 60% of pregnant and lactating women are malnourished, and 1 in 5 babies is born underweight or prematurely.

Palestinian youth are speaking, but someone keeps turning down the volume. Many face real harm, half report identity theft and 55% report harassment or surveillance.
Since Oct 7, posts are restricted or removed and appeals drag on. As a result, 50% share less, 39% feel pressured to delete, and 60% self-censor to stay safe.
Security questioning by all parts deepens the fear. This is about people and their rights—not just algorithms.
