But only a few kilometers away, Gaza continues to endure relentless Israeli bombardment, and Bethlehem — the birthplace of Christ — remains behind walls and restrictions that prevent international access and humanitarian witnessing.
The Pope urged the world to “change course,” yet the course itself remains blocked by realities on the ground. His message of hope reached Beirut… but not the places crying out for it most.

Last night Palestine won and defeated Qatar 1-0 in the opening match of the FIFA Arab Cup ..
but a whole generation of athletes wasn’t there to celebrate.
Hundreds of Palestinian footballers, runners, and young players have been killed since the war began.
Dreams cut short before the final whistle.
In Palestine, sport isn’t just a game.
It’s survival. It’s identity.
If every child, youth, and all has the right to play,
then their story deserves to be seen.
Let them play.

Giving birth should be safe .. For Palestinian women, it isn’t!
Decades of military checkpoints in the West Bank forced women to give birth on the roadside .. 68 cases documented, with 34 babies and 4 mothers who didn’t survive.
And this year in Gaza alone, 465 births happened outside hospitals under bombardment.
This is not “complicated” .. This is violence against women; systemic, political, and ongoing.
On the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, stand with the mothers who gave life while fighting for their own.
Raise their voices. Demand accountability. Refuse silence.

For many Palestinian men, there is nothing to celebrate.
While the world speaks about wellbeing and positive masculinity,
men in Gaza search for their souls under rubble,
men in Jerusalem are interrogated at their own city’s gate,
and fathers in the West Bank fear they cannot protect their children anymore.
These voices are not symbols.
They are real men living the opposite of safety, dignity, and freedom.
On this Men’s Day, let’s expand who we choose to see.
Watch, Share, and Let their stories reach beyond the borders that trap them.
Every voice you amplify breaks the silence surrounding them.
