Death Toll in Gaza Rises to 62,622 as Israeli Assault Continues

Medical sources in Gaza reported on Saturday that the death toll from Israel’s ongoing assault on the Strip has climbed to 62,622, the majority of whom are women and children, since the beginning of the offensive on October 7, 2023.

The number of wounded has reached 157,673, while many victims remain trapped under the rubble as rescue and medical crews are unable to reach them.
