Oh my goodness. I just realized that Noone was seeing this page. My publishing company that I have been paying for has been posting here and since I was seeing it I thought everyone else was also. Here are some uses of doTERRA Grapefruit:

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.

Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.
