RCF EVOX V15 vs. EVOX 12… Are we the only ones on the fence? 🤔

We’re not knocking the new RCF EVOX V15. On paper, there’s plenty to like. RCF gave it a true three-way design, a 15-inch woofer, 3,500 watts of amplification and 120° x 40°

But here’s where we’re stuck. 🤔

One thing we really liked about the EVOX 12 was having some physical flexibility with that top section. Being able to adjust your setup and point the business end where you wanted it just made sense from a working DJ’s perspective.

With the V15, that top section feels much more like: “Here’s your box. This is where it sits.”
And maybe the new waveguide and wider coverage make that adjustment less necessary. Fair enough. But sometimes a simple, practical feature means more to a working DJ.

So we’re not calling this one good or bad yet.
