here’s a recap 🤍

we were going for a warm, dreamy morning sunrise on the beach but it was cloudy and extremely windy that day. luckily all of palm beach is beautiful and we wandered to a few scenic spots, capturing sweet moments along the way. really happy with the way these turned out 🤍

coffee ☕️ & matcha 🍵

- I loved the drinks and pistachio croissant from chik monk so much we got it twice during our trip
- the coffee & matcha from drift palm beach is raved about. I thought the drinks were also very tasty
- we had to try the coffees at main street by the breakers. the worker there was so nice and left me the sweetest note 🤍

food, drinks & dessert 🍨

- lola 41 (known for their espresso martinis)
- henry’s palm beach (get the lobster roll!!)
- echo palm beach (happy hour has half priced cocktails and sushi)
- buccan sandwich shop (really wanted to try the beef carpaccio sandwich but I was pregnant! it’s an excuse to go back)
- amici market (what we had on our first night. great for quick bites)
- rocco’s tacos & tequila bar (happy hour over at west palm beach)
- west palm cowboy club (another happy hour spot we tried down the block from rocco’s)
- skinny louie (wanted to try their burgers but we were stuffed. always food for dessert so we got their choco brownie milkshake. I’m not a big chocolate fan but this was yummy!)
- mary lily’s at the breakers (good ice cream and lots of jellycat!)

these are places i had on my list but didn’t get a chance to go:
- swifty’s at the colony
- buccan
- seafood bar
- the honor bar
- meat market steakhouse

- south cove natural area for skyline views
- the beach of course! 🐚🌊

things i packed in my hospital bag as a first-time mom 👜✨

and yes… i’m an overpacker. this is my version of packing light but i learned next time, i’ll definitely be leaving some things at home. i also relied on the hospital to supply me most of my postpartum needs.

if you’re packing soon, i’d say go with a suitcase 🤎
