It’s been on the cooler side here in Florida and I am snuggling up in the comfiest Valentine’s Pajamas from with my adorable cutie pies! Swipe ⬅️through for some serious cuteness overload!

Can’t believe it’s been 4 1/2 months since the Lord called her home. I miss her dearly but find strength in the memories I have with her and the stories I’ve heard from family and close friends.

Grieving hasn’t been easy and I don’t think it ever will. But, I recently started a new Devotional Journal for this new season titled Breathing through Grief by . Ya’ll this devotional journal has been an answered prayer in this season.

💔Mom 💔

I’ve now learned that She lived up to her name. Gertrude means “Spear of Strength”. And that’s exactly who she was till her last day June 24, 2023. She’s held my hand and shown me how I should navigate this life in Quiet Trust and Strength. I will forever miss you Mommy!

Please keep our family in prayer as we navigate this new season. My spear of strength will be laid to rest this weekend.
