Laughing Lotus

This was my first time taking a Yoga Class, and I just admit, I was shocked at how hard it was! Coming from playing college football, I laughed at yoga, but NOT anymore, it was extremely hard to hold the positions and I was sore the next day! And they are right when they say it is tougher mentally than physically! Thank you Laughing Lotus for having us.

There is a class for everyone, I highly suggest if you have never tried it before and you have lower back or hip pain and struggle with flexibility, you NEED to come here!!!
