Grand Marshal 2025 named.

🇺🇸 BIG NEWS, FLAGLER!

We’re proud to announce Lieutenant Colonel David Freeman (Retired), U.S. Army, as the Grand Marshal for the 2025 Flagler Veterans Day Parade — happening Tuesday, November 11th at 10AM in Downtown Bunnell!

Lt. Col. Freeman, now the Chief of Operational Services for Flagler Schools, is a highly decorated combat veteran whose 25+ years of service include deployments around the world and commendations such as the Bronze Star Medal and multiple Meritorious Service Medals.

Earlier this year, he accomplished something few ever have — completing all 2,200 miles of the Appalachian Trail as part of the Warrior Expeditions veterans program. His courage, endurance, and lifelong commitment to service perfectly represent the spirit of this year’s parade.

🎖️ Join us on Tuesday, November 11th at 10AM as our community lines E. Moody Blvd between U.S. 1 and the Government Services Building, followed by a Veterans Day Ceremony and community meal immediately after the parade.

Bunnell was designated this year as the Regional Veterans Day Commemorative Site by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Let’s fill the streets of Bunnell to celebrate and honor our nation’s heroes!

Be advised.

We are open for business, but we are sorry to announce that all Beachfront sites are currently closed as our 40+ year old sea wall has been severely damaged by recent simultaneous strong and lengthy storms, king tides, and super moons. We are working with engineers and marine contractors to rebuild the sea wall safer and stronger, but that construction will take time.
We are pleased to let you know that all the Oceanview and Campers Village (Toral Park) sites are open, and the camp store, bath houses, and laundry facilities are fully operational.
Unfortunately, there is no beach access directly in front of our campground, but the Beverly Beach Town Hall beach access ramp to the south is open. We are looking forward to a brand new sea wall and will keep you posted on our progress. We are approaching this setback with safety as a priority and sincerely appreciate your continued patronage.
