Jerry's SoCal 'Saturday Morning' Weather Briefing!

Once again, the Coachella Valley will enjoy mild weather this weekend for mid-June. Enjoy, as those numbers move-up next week.

Today and tomorrow, the Coachella Valley will be under sunny skies with dew points in the 30s, middle-of-the-day relative humidity near 10% and high temperatures close to 102°.

On-shore winds will increase during the late-afternoon/evening hours around Desert Hot Springs and the San Gorgonio Pass today where maximum sustained winds reach the low-30 mph range with gusts around 40 mph.

Those wind-prone areas of the Coachella Valley will experience occasionally gusty Northwesterly winds around 25 mph as the sun sets.

Monday, Valley temps warm to near-normal levels around 105°, 108° by Tuesday.

I was also looking at a couple of computer weather models which suggest showers and thunderstorms over Arizona into Eastern Southern California late-Wednesday into Thursday. Stay tuned!
