At the end of each year I reflect on the achievements and the improvement needs for the year ahead.

2024 has been an exciting year with lots of hard work and some challenges along the way.

We have achieved:
- Growing our platform with 578 new members
- Growing our website traffic with 15,8000 unique visitors
- 1583 new subscribers across our social media channels

All with one mission: to bring more transparency to the coaching industry.

We faced some challenges along the way, including:
- Growing our team with engaged employees who can deliver results
- Securing funding for our growth
- Skepticism from some of the coaches

In 2025 we'll work on overcoming these challenges and continue to provide transparent information about the coaching industry by showcasing the work of legitimate coaches on our platform.

Thank you all who trusted us with your business and supported us throughout 2024. There are too many of you to mention individually, but you know who you are. We are grateful for your business!

I understand as I felt the same way. I am a ICF accredited coach and I started this journey to bring transparency to the coaching industry. I’ve interviewed over 100 successful coaches and studied their businesses.

Even ICF-accredited coaching programs don’t teach the business skills you need to build a financially sustainable coaching practice. Last year, ICF published that they certified over 50,000 coaches. What they didn’t say is how many are still actively pursuing coaching today.

Three years ago I decided to move away from running a self-defense school and through my journey with the MaArtial team I ventured into coaching.

My first step was enrolling in an ICF accredited training from Erickson International which equipped me with a great coaching method but left me with many questions about the coaching industry as a whole.

I found Matthew Barnett and Headgearlabs and enrolled in their NLP Master Practitioner program which took me over six months to complete.

I learned a lot about different coaching methodologies while interviewing fellow coaches on my podcast, Coach Professionally, however I found that the training provided by Headgear Labs is the most comprehensive and well researched program I have encountered.

Thank you, Matt, for this no-fluff, no-nonsense program and for equipping me with solid tools and knowledge to better serve my clients.

Thank you to everyone who supported me along my journey. It's time to get to work now.
