To help wrap up we are excited to present our Friday keynote speaker, Danielle Gray, MBA!

Danielle Gray is a Creative Director, Executive Producer, and global speaker whose work blends strategy, soul, and storytelling. She brings brand experiences to life—on stage, on screen, and in the hearts of audiences. As founder of DG Marketing Company, Danielle has spent over a decade shaping content strategies and coaching marketing teams across the A/E/C and professional services industries, helping brands find clarity, elevate their voice, and inspire action.
She also leads the creative vision for corporate conferences, directing stage design, video production, and speaker content to deliver high-impact events. At the core of her mission is a commitment to peace—as a way of being, a leadership edge, and a business strategy. Through her meditation and affirmation collection Peace Over Everything and her keynotes on peace as strategy, Danielle helps leaders and companies embody calm, intentional leadership that drives lasting success.
A former Division I basketball athlete with a Bachelor’s in Marketing and an MBA, Danielle lives in Atlanta with her adorable standard poodle, Duchess—her creative muse and constant reminder that peace is always within reach.

Tracy Joyner, Head Coach of University of Oregon's Women’s Soccer, is on a mission to revitalize a program with only three winning seasons in 25 years. One of few NCAA coaches to rise from the junior college ranks to lead a Division I Power 5 team, she’s a multiple Coach of the Year honoree, including Big West Coach of the Year in 2023, with dual Master’s degrees in Coaching and Athletic Administration and in Counseling with a Sport Psychology specialization. Known for building high-performing, values-driven cultures, she is also among the few American women to earn the prestigious UEFA A Coaching License, a journey captured in the documentary Coach. Off the pitch, Tracy is an advocate for equity, personal growth, and resilience, balancing coaching, parenting a toddler, and a long-distance marriage while modeling grit and purpose for leaders in any field!

Registration for PRC is just around the corner, so now’s the time to start warming up so you’re ready to go (for gold!). Here’s everything you need to know to ensure a win when you register...

🏆 Conference registration and the accommodations information will both go live on Thursday, September 18 at 12:00 PM (PST).

🏆 Discounted "preseason" pricing of $600 will apply to the first 100 tickets sold and is only available to SMPS members in the Pacific Region. Once "preseason" tickets have sold out, general admission tickets will be available at $700 for members and $850 for non-members. Last year, all "preseason" tickets sold out within minutes, so don’t delay if you want to get in on this popular offer!

🏆 Please note that PRC credentials may be different than your SMPS Chapter or Headquarters credentials. Members and non-members will be required to sign in to purchase each of the three separately-ticketed events will be required to register for three separate events, including the Wednesday Pre-conference Workshops, the Pacific Regional Conference, and the Thursday Special Event.
Members - it is highly recommended that you practice logging in ahead of registration to ensure you can access the site without hiccups. PLEASE NOTE: Due to SMPS Headquarters membership updates, previous users of the SMPS PRC website may no longer be able to login with prior credentials.
