Hollywood Drones and FIDA USA, has collaborated with Camp of Champs to introduce an innovative and exciting 5 week-long ELP (Extended Learning Program) Camp. This unique camp experience offers a groundbreaking LightSaber Action Performance and Drone Cinematography Course, which is likely the first, if not the only one of its kind in the USA.

Based on Professor Skip Fredricks Action Cinema Drone Course at Grossmont College, this course is specifically tailored to teach 5th through 8th graders the art of wielding a lightsaber and capturing dynamic aerial shots using drones. Participants will not only learn the techniques of lightsaber combat but also gain valuable skills in cinematography, including drone operation and capturing action sequences.

The camp aims to immerse young learners in an engaging and hands-on experience, where they can explore the creative realms of filmmaking and visual storytelling while embracing the iconic elements of the Star Wars universe. By combining elements of physical performance with technical expertise, students will develop a well-rounded understanding of both the artistic and technical aspects of filmmaking.

Congress is voting TODAY, As in NOW to ban DJI and Autel drones and any other drone that comes from China. No matter your party, it was the republicans that snuck in this bill last minute. They could not ban DJI through the FAA, so instead they are doing it real sneaky by having the FCC cut the radio signals that the drones use. In effect a total ban. This link creates a form letter that goes to your local congressman republican or democrat so hopefully they will vote no.
