Ingredients:

1 sheet puff pastry

3 tbsp raspberry jam

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Spread raspberry jam over puff pastry and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Roll both edges inward and slice into 1/2-inch pieces.

Bake for 15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Cool slightly before serving.

Sweet Raspberry Rose Vanilla Cake
Ingredients:

2 ½ cups flour

2 ½ tsp baking powder

1 cup unsalted butter

1 ¾ cups sugar

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease pans.

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup white chocolate chips

Zest of 1 orange

For the glaze:

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tbsp fresh orange juice

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a pan with parchment paper.

My Forever Chocolate Chip Cookies
This cookie recipe has been with me for over 10 years! Double it, freeze it, and bake it whenever you want the perfect cookie.
Ingredients:

1 cup light brown sugar

1 cup white sugar

2 sticks salted butter, softened

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix until smooth.

2½ cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp baking soda
Mix gently.

4 chopped semi-sweet chocolate bars
Chill dough for 15 mins. Bake at 350°F.
12 mins for regular, 15-17 mins for large!

No Knead Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Ingredients:

3 cups flour

1/4 tsp yeast

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 cup raisins

1 1/2 cups warm water

Instructions:

Mix dry ingredients and raisins. Add water.

Let dough rise 12–18 hrs.

Shape and bake in preheated Dutch oven: 30 mins covered, 15 uncovered at 450°F.

Cool and slice.

old Strawberry Sago Pudding 🍨
The ultimate no-bake treat for hot dates and chill nights.

What You Need:

1 cup sago

16 oz strawberries

1 jar coconut jelly

1 can evaporated milk

1 can coconut milk

½ can condensed milk

Make It:

Boil sago, let sit.

Rinse cold.
