Recently I have noticed my mental health & wellness going down, less motivation, more tired not as motivated as the days went on working nightshift and trying to manage my schedule. Mental health is so important to me & so important to my family!

I’ve learned over the years to trust my gut...
It usually knows what my heart hasn’t figured out yet.
And my gut has been telling me for quite some time to pivot.

If you’ve been following me for a while you may know I have dipped my toes in a lot of different “projects” throughout the years but never stayed committed to any of them. I’ve always been passionate about sharing what’s worked for me but the second it stops working I lose interest and I would stop sharing. I most recently left a health and wellness company to start another which was everything I needed... I needed to take a step back from social media all together.
