A year since I dropped one of my favorite interviews with Christopher Buendia for the Seoul Food Ju**ie yt channel, I am getting ready to do a new interview that should not be missed.
This last Sunday, I got to go to Bayside Community Church with my buddy Dylan. Why is this important to me? It was around Christmas last time I saw him. At the time, Dylan was a satanist, and was also struggling with addiction. I was worried about how was doing, and tried keeping my ear out about him.
Found out a few months ago, Dylan had found God and was in sobriety. Probably one of the best things I had heard in a while. For Mother's Day, he gave his mom the best gift he could besides his birth; he was baptized.
He has a full time job, staying clean and now actively pursuing a cleaner and healthier lifestyle. This is what I'm present for. This is the kind of messages I feed off of. This is the inspiration I want in my life. So stay tuned for an amazing interview coming soon with an incredibly articulate and intriguing personality, Dylan Moreland.
I only share the messages he has shared with me to show the power of transparency. My story is not just for me to struggle with. If it can make any positive impact for others, then it makes my low times feel like it has purpose. It's not a matter of being a manly man or men struggle in silence. F**kkk that. Not one man has ever teased me to my face for speaking about my past or struggles. Share your story. Someone will benifit.

Don't mind my social media absence for now. I'm needing a little time to focus on other things that are currently feeding my Seoul.

Gluten free fluffy buttermilk pancakes

2 cups gluten free flour (with xantham gum)
4 tbsp fine sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Whole chicken cut in half.
Seasoned with
Truffle salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika

Topped with fresh
Garlic
Ginger
Green onions
Cilantro
Pear
Chili pepper
Lemongrass
Rosemary

Cooked over medium heat on olive oil for 45 and then roasted for 15 at 50

💎Marinated beef ribs 💎
Gluten free soy sauce
Brown sugar
Sesame oil
Chili oil
Garlic
Ginger
Cilantro
Green onion
Jalepeno
Splash of vinegar
Marinade for a minimum of 30 minutes and then cook on medium heat.
Serve over jasmine rice.

Made some Blue Crab Cakes last night with my leftover crab using over twice the amount of crab needed 🤘🏽😎🤘🏽 (gluten free)

I used my leftover Blue crab and I made some scrambled eggs with them. Extremely soft and easy. These pair together in a way you don't think it would.
