Don't quit—PAUSE. Then, follow this simple process to recenter:

1. PAUSE (0:45): Stop the hustle and the overthinking.

2. REFLECT (0:47): Understand where you are and what is depleting your energy.

3. RESET (0:52): Reset your mind, heart, body, and soul so you can go back and continue the journey and the calling that God has given you

"What a great honor it was to speak at Lakewood Ranch High School today! 🎓

Stepping in front of those young students—the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs—was inspiring.

My goal was to share my journey, from running Gonzalez Motorsport to the principles of leadership and coaching I teach today. These kids have so much potential, and it's our responsibility as seasoned business owners and faith leaders to motivate them.

This is not just a 1968 Pontiac GTO; it's a conversation about leadership and value! 🚗💨

It was a great honor to drive this beauty, but the real honor is knowing the great leader who owns it—a person who brings immense value to so many people.

I'm stepping out of retirement (just for a bit!) to work on this car, and the principle is the same in coaching: Always bring value. You never know which connection is going to take you to the next level.
