Finally made it. This state is beautiful. Saw a moose at the airport (stuffed!!) and two of the largest bald Eagles I have ever seen on our drive from Anchorage to Whittier. And the glaciers IN the mountains - wow 😳

One 2 cup Tupperware container of leftover pasta.
1 scoop herbed boirsin
2 heart Tablespoon scoops of Costco spinach and artichoke dip
Mix.
Cover and microwave 2 minutes.
Yields one bougie Mac & cheese
