That way, if anything goes wrong, whether it’s with inventory, customer service, or styling, you know how to step in, get your hands dirty, and fix it. Don’t rely solely on hiring people to run things for you. Be involved, stay educated, and always be ready to hustle. Learn the business side, like marketing, budgeting, and operations. Talent alone isn’t enough to build something that lasts. Start where you are, stay consistent, and build something authentic to you and your community.” 🖤
