I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for your honesty and integrity. In a world where truthfulness can sometimes be in short supply, you consistently stand out as someone who values honesty above all else. Your straightforwardness and commitment to being truthful, even when it’s not the easiest path, is something I deeply admire.

You’ve shown me that honesty isn’t just about speaking the truth—it’s about living with integrity, being reliable, and showing others that they can trust you, no matter what. Your actions and that consistency is something rare and truly special. It’s clear that you operate from a place of sincerity, and that’s something I feel incredibly fortunate to have experienced.

Thank you for always being a beacon of trustworthiness. Your honesty has made a profound impact on me, and it serves as a reminder of how important it is to stay true to oneself and others. Thank you for delivering Kristen Smith’s package. Honesty is shortly lived anymore in this world thanks again.

With heartfelt appreciation,
John Fleming

Loud music on my street, you can hear it over music you are listening to whether you are in you house or outside. Have to keep your windows closed. Totally. Ridiculous. All hours of day and night.

New ‘Welcome to Pana’ sign on Rt. 29

PANA — Visitors and residents to Pana who are traveling south on Illinois Route 29 may have noticed a new “Welcome to Pana” sign on the south side of the pavement near the Lincoln Prairie Bike Trail trailhead. Pana Pride, with the assistance of Ken “Moose” Bland, left and his wife, Lisa Bland. the new sign became a reality. The original Rt. 29 Welcome to Pana sign was originally designed by Drew Bland as an Eagle Scout Project. The sign was destroyed in a traffic accident several years ago. Ken and Lisa wanted to replace the sign in honor of their son, Drew. They designed the sign and it gained approval by Pana Pride and the Pana City Council. Pana Pride thanks the city for allowing the Blands to undertake this project. Additional thanks go to Richard Bland, Rod Bland, Jamie Pauley, Matt Bland and Billy Taylor.
