We hope to provide much needed comms support during disasters, events, search&rescue, and where else called upon.

I learned a lesson as to NOT put the garbage cans TOO close to the front of The Rig. The problem was solved by the waste company and they immediately helped to fix the problem and got The Rig repaired that same day. Thank You guys !!

The Rig has been used at several outings and is FREE to have it at ANY event, for use as a command post. I can provide up to 15 hand held radios as well. Please remember though it's MAIN Priority is search and rescue. If I am at an event and get a call-out, I MUST go.

The most recent purchase was a new QUIETER 3k generator than the old 4k one which was twice as loud. Yeah that was another $600, but well worth it and a big Thank You to Mike's Weather Page (https://www.spaghettimodels.com/) and FIRMAN (https://firmanpowerequipment.com/) for the 30% off for ordering it thru Mike's page !! The other one was attached to the back of the Rig on the rack, but it put too much weight there and made the Rig sway while moving. The new one is about 1/2 the weight, has a handle, and wheels, so I can easily put it inside the door.

Thank You to RV Connections (https://www.rvconnections.com/) for the a/c install AND to repair the back door (they replaced it with 3/4" marine grade plywood, fixed the aluminum, AND was able to put the lettering panel back on too) when I damaged it, along with the garage door. 😳🫣🤭🤫🙄

The side mounted antenna masts (20ft and 30ft flagpoles) were mounted on swivels. There are 2 pipe brackets for each pole for stability while up. There is a coax pass-thru and 2 antenna switches for the ICOM 5100 and GMRS radios for base antenna operations. The repeater is used on the 30ft pole and has an approx range of about 2-3 miles when in use.
