Pontiac's revolutionary Ohc6 was the first belt-driven ohc6 engine mass produced in the US. It was the 'base' engine for the Tempest & Lemans intermediate models from 1966 to 1969, and the Firebird from 1967-69. The engine came standard with 1v induction or the optional 4v (sprint option).

Guys we are just 4-weeks away from the 2025 MCACN in Chicago which will feature the “Pontiac OHC6 Invitational.” We have a great display planned that will include 10 OHC club vehicles headlining the XP833 Banshee “the first Cammer”, and the one-of-one John Fitch prepared Firebird Sprint.
