Current reality:
My living room is a farm. There are chicks EVERYWHERE. Ducklings in the bathtub. Seedlings on every surface. Heat lamps glowing like I'm running a illegal grow operation. My electricity bill looks like a mortgage payment.
My house: "It's beautiful!"
Me: "I live in a barn. I sleep in a barn. I AM the barn." 🏚️

Me: sitting in a kitchen that looks like a tomato bomb went off "I now understand why my grandmother had 'canning day' as a national event. I've made 47 jars. I have 300 more tomatoes waiting. Send help. Or pasta. I need pasta."
