I wanted to share something Iāve been thoughtfully putting together with your teens in mind.
This June, Iām opening a small group wellness experience for ages 12 and up called Recalibrate Kids: Balanced Bodies & Minds ā a 6-week series designed to teach teens the foundations of preventative health in a way thatās engaging, age-appropriate, and immediately useful in everyday life.
Each week we explore a core pillar of wellness:
š± Integrative nutrition ā how food affects mood, energy, and focus
š§ Stress and nervous system awareness
š“ Sleep and recovery
š¤ Mindfulness and breathwork through yoga principles
⨠Building healthy daily habits that actually stick
Every teen gets their own personal health portal to log food, habits, and lifestyle throughout the program ā and upon completing the series, each student receives a private 45-minute 1:1 session to review their progress and map out next steps.
This is health literacy. The kind most of us didnāt receive growing up ā and the kind that changes how a young person carries themselves for life.
