You step through the tunnel and enter inside ʟᴀᴢᴇʀ ᴄᴏʀᴘ, a 1980s big tech company with one mission: to change your perception of reality.

HACKED is a full-length, intimate and immersive Las Vegas show that fuses magic, Mentalism and Mind Reading with AI, robotics and technology live on stage. You’ll experience things that make you genuinely question what is real.

In a world full of deepfakes, A.I. and a reality we can no longer trust, this is one of the most relevant shows of our time.

This has been years in the making. And I couldn’t be prouder to be bringing it here to Las Vegas.

🏁 The Las Vegas Grand Prix is staying on the Strip through 2037 after a new 10 year extension
🤝 Las Vegas Grand Prix, Clark County, and the LVCVA all signed on for the long term deal
💰 The event has delivered $3.2 billion in economic impact for Southern Nevada since 2023
🏛️ In 2025 alone the race generated $43 million in state and local tax revenue
🏫 That included $15 million set aside to support local K-12 education
🎟️ All three races from 2023 through 2025 sold out
📅 This year the race runs November 21 on the 3.8 mile Strip circuit
A full decade more of race week is officially on the books.

One of the most recognizable names on the Las Vegas Strip just got sold for $17.6 billion!

🏛️ Caesars Entertainment is being acquired by Fertitta Entertainment in a $17.6 billion all-cash deal announced Thursday, May 28.

💵 Shareholders will receive $31 per share in cash, a nearly 49% premium over the stock price before deal rumors first surfaced in February 2026.

🎲 The transaction includes roughly $11.9 billion in assumed Caesars debt and will take the company private.

🏨 Multiple Caesars Strip properties are included in the deal, among them Caesars Palace, Harrah’s, Paris Las Vegas, Planet Hollywood, Horseshoe, The LINQ, The Flamingo, The Vanderpump Hotel and Casino, and Nobu Hotel.

👤 Fertitta Entertainment is owned by Tilman Fertitta, the U.S. Ambassador to Italy and San Marino. He also controls Golden Nugget Hotels and Casinos, Landry’s restaurant brands, and the Houston Rockets.

✅ CEO Tom Reeg and the full Caesars leadership team are expected to stay in their roles.

🗓️ A go-shop period runs through July 11, giving Caesars the right to weigh any competing offers before the deal officially closes.
