So. I been thinking. I want to bring the cool treasures I find to you guys in a regular fashion. So. I’m happy to announce The Mid-Century Minute! I’ll be showcasing some of the amazing items I find and giving you an opportunity to shop from the comfort of your couch!

This format will be weekly videos, a few each week, that will less than 5 minutes. I will be bringing a few of my items in the videos, for you to see and decide to purchase. I hope to have my first video this weekend!

I love to think of Beyond Retro as Curating Joy Through Memory. I love to find objects thst in a special way are able to make our hearts remember joy and comfort from a time when things moved slower, more simple and secure.

I grew up in a home filled with avocado greens, goldenrod yellows, grasscloth walls, and s**g underfoot. I didn’t know then that those colors and textures were imprinting themselves on my heart.
Today, I curate pieces that reconnect us to the warmth, personality, and optimism of the spaces we once called home — because great design doesn’t just decorate a room… it holds our memories.

Beyond Retro is in the JOY business — using vintage as my love language.

Hey Friends! I have a great friend in Arizona and her page is called Jen's Mid Century & Vintage Treasures. I adore her and her stuff! I am definitely a frequent shopper of her page! With that being said she uses a different technique to sell her items. She does short videos (usually 3-4 minutes) with groupings of items. Would you like for me to utilize this approach to selling here?

Hey Friends! I have been completely MIA FOR A MINUTE!!!! It is a new year and time to dust off the Beyond Retro line! SO I have moved to a new home at Gracie's Attic-Premium Flea Market & Antique Mall. It is SUPER conveniently located at the Craighead/Greene County Line in Arkansas in the super cool little town of Brookland! IT is a HUGE market full of some of the best selection of ANY thing you might be looking for!

Come Visit ME! I will be doing some SPRING sales and I am still always ON THE HUNT for the next treasure! SO... Tell me what are you searching for?
