All future improvements to the avenue corridor aim to achieve three goals;

1) Strengthen the economic vitality of the greater downtown district by improving the
pedestrian environment.
2) Encourage creating multi-scaled, year-round areas for gathering and programming.
3) Improve the overall aesthetics of the streetscape.

There are two cold fronts moving our way. Front #1 today brings rain (couple of storms but no severe weather) and front #2 later tomorrow may bring some spotty showers & storms but it's punch will be much cooler weather for the weekend.
