Recently celebrating the Grand Opening of their new 12-building state-of-the-art campus, TxDOT is a great example of raising the bar and reaching higher. We're proud to call them partners and grateful they choose to call Paris home.

On Tuesday, we recognized Texas Department of Transportation Paris District as the PEDC Industry of the Year.

TxDOT has served our community through the leadership and staff at their Paris District for more than 100 years. This year was a milestone year as they celebrated the Grand Opening of their new state-of-the-art facility at the Gene Stalling's Business Park.

This investment results in the retention of 160 jobs with an annual payroll of $10 million in our community.

Thank you, TxDOT, for the invaluable work that you do in our region and state. We are honored to have you as a partner today and congratulate you on this well-deserved recognition.
