We were proud to provide professional audio-visual production for the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Grand Conclave Summer Breeze Party in Cincinnati, OH!
Our team provided AV services across two event locations, including Lager House Cincinnati, delivering a complete production package featuring professional sound with line array speakers, truss, event lighting, and LED advertising panels to help create an unforgettable experience for guests.
A special thank you to our client Rico Epps, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity member, for trusting The Music Concierge with the production needs for this special event. We truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of such an important celebration.
We'd also like to give a special shout-out to the incredible team at Lager House Cincinnati, especially Megan McElroy, Private Dining Manager, and Nathan Whittington, Director of Operations. Their professionalism, communication, and teamwork helped make everything come together smoothly.
And this event was a great reminder that it always pays to have a backup plan!. A last-minute weather change required adjustments to the original event plan, but with strong communication, preparation, and an experienced production team, we were able to adapt and keep the event moving forward.
Huge thanks to our The Music Concierge team members Patrick McCurdy, Pietro, Zachary Kreuz, and William Taylor for their hard work, flexibility, and dedication throughout the event.
At The Music Concierge, we provide professional DJ, MC, audio visual production, professional sound, lighting, LED panels, truss, and photo booth services for weddings, corporate events, schools, nonprofits, fraternities & sororities, community organizations, and private events throughout the Greater Cincinnati tri-state area and beyond.
