Along with our print medium, we also provide digital avenues on which our residents can connect. The final component which makes us unique is the many events that we organize. Local restaurants, spas, salons, and more share their products and services in order to garner a face-to-face relationship with the residents of Park Ridge, IL. 🌍⛰️ From survivor to summit!

Park Ridge’s own Peggy Brosnan just conquered Mount Kilimanjaro—19,341 ft of grit, heart, and purpose. Thirteen years after her breast cancer diagnosis, she climbed for something bigger: to raise funds for through Climbing for a Cure.

With her family and friends by her side, Peggy carried the names of survivors, fighters, and those we’ve lost—all the way to the top. Peggy says “Doing this for the greater cause of climbing for those who have or are currently suffering from cancer was such a huge motivation along with raising funds for cancer research”. This wasn’t just a climb—it was a tribute to resilience and a step toward a future without breast cancer. 💕

We’re in awe of you, Peggy. You carried a community with you every step of the way. 🏔️💗
