🚨❄️ KCS Dismissing Two Hours Early — 12/8/25

Due to an upgraded weather report and snow moving into the area more quickly than expected, all KCS schools will dismiss students two hours earlier than their normal release time today. All bus drop-offs will also be two hours earlier than normal. All Third Base Programs are canceled today.

We understand that weather-related decisions can be frustrating and raise concerns. Please know that these decisions are made using the most current information available at the time, including input from weather briefings and reports from our transportation and operations teams.

Last call for North Star Night Out 2025 tickets! Deadline is Sunday at midnight.

We have 181 tickets sold thus far and sooo excited to have this event. Its a great time and the mission you are supporting is second to none.

North Star does forensic interviewing for abused children that have been referred to us by CPS and/or law enforcement. These are the cases that have been deemed an official investigation and all are bad, some are evil. We routinely see 500-625 abused children per year. North Star also continues to support the children and non-offending parents or guardians for as long as they need us. We officially serve the most counties in the states child advocacy network being Wood, Wirt, Pleasants, Ritchie and Calhoun.

Its cocktail attire but we are totally flexible! We also have new hours! Doors will open at 5:45 p.m. and NSNO will now end 30 minutes later at 10:30 p.m. More fun time with Premier Productions Entertainment LLC!
