วันนี้เป็นอีกหนึ่งวันสำคัญที่แอดภูมิใจนำเรื่องราวของ “ป้ากอล์ฟ” เพื่อนที่แสนดีของครอบครัวแอด มาแบ่งปันให้ทุกคนในเพจได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีด้วยกันคะ เพราะป้ากอล์ฟเพิ่งเข้ารับตำแหน่งใหม่อย่างเป็นทางการในพิธี Change of Command ของกองทัพบกสหรัฐฯ (U.S. Army) ซึ่งเป็นพิธีที่ทรงเกียรติและมีความหมายมากสำหรับทุกคนในสายอาชีพทหาร
ป้ากอล์ฟเป็นทั้งเพื่อนที่แสนดี เป็นญาติที่น่ารัก และเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง คมชัดในความคิด และอ่อนโยนกับคนรอบข้าง
กว่าจะมาถึงวันรับตำแหน่ง “ผู้บังคับการกองร้อย” ต้องผ่านทั้งการทุ่มเท ฝึกหนัก เสียสละ และไม่ยอมแพ้
วันนี้แอดได้เห็นเพื่อนยืนอย่างสง่างาม รับธงของหน่วย และประกาศรับตำแหน่งด้วยความมั่นใจ
เป็นภาพที่ทำให้เราทุกคนภูมิใจเหลือเกิน ❤️
ขอให้ตำแหน่งใหม่นี้นำพาแต่ความก้าวหน้า ความสำเร็จ และความสุขในทุกก้าวที่เดิน
ขอให้เป็นผู้นำที่ทั้งหน่วยรัก เคารพ และเดินไปด้วยกันอย่างแข็งแรง
เราภูมิใจในตัวป้าเสมอ และจะอยู่ข้างป้าเหมือนครอบครัวเสมอค่ะ
ขอให้เจริญรุ่งเรืองในหน้าที่

🇺🇸 Change of Command คืออะไร? ทำไมพิธีนี้ถึงสำคัญ
ใน Army การเปลี่ยนผู้บังคับบัญชา (Change of Command) ถือเป็นพิธีสำคัญที่สะท้อนถึง
ความต่อเนื่องของการนำหน่วย (continuity of leadership)
และเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของความไว้วางใจที่ Army มอบให้กับผู้นำคนใหม่
พิธีนี้ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนหลัก ๆ ได้แก่:
1️⃣ พิธีส่งมอบธง (Passing of the Guidon)
ธงประจำหน่วย หรือ Guidon เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของอำนาจหน้าที่ ความรับผิดชอบ และเกียรติของหน่วย
เมื่อผู้บังคับการคนเก่าส่งธงให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาต้นสังกัด และส่งต่อให้ผู้บังคับการคนใหม่ นั่นหมายถึง
การส่งมอบหน้าที่อย่างเป็นทางการต่อหน้ากำลังพลทั้งหน่วย
2️⃣ การกล่าวคำรับตำแหน่ง (Assumption of Command)
ผู้บังคับบัญชาใหม่จะประกาศรับหน้าที่อย่างเป็นทางการ พร้อมแสดงเจตนารมณ์ในการนำหน่วยไปข้างหน้า
นี่เป็นช่วงเวลาที่สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่น ความเป็นผู้นำ และความพร้อมในการรับผิดชอบต่อชีวิตของกำลังพล
3️⃣ การร้องเพลงประจำหน่วย/ประจำกองทัพ
เพื่อเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของความเป็นหนึ่งเดียว ความภักดีต่อหน่วย และเกียรติที่สืบทอดต่อกันมาของ Army
พิธีทั้งหมดถูกออกแบบให้ เคารพเกียรติ ของทั้งผู้นำคนเก่าและผู้นำคนใหม่
ไม่ใช่การแข่งขัน ไม่ใช่การเปรียบเทียบ แต่เป็นวัฒนธรรมแห่ง เกียรติ ความต่อเนื่อง และความไว้วางใจ

Assuming Command as Company Commander
Today is a special day that I’m proud to share with everyone on this page, as we come together to celebrate my dear friend, “Pa Golf,” who has officially taken on her new role during the U.S. Army Change of Command ceremony — a tradition of great honor and significance for every Soldier.
Pa Golf has always been a wonderful friend and a strong leader — sharp in decision-making, firm in responsibility, yet gentle to the people around her.
Reaching the day she becomes a “Company Commander” is the result of her dedication, hard training, sacrifices, and unwavering determination.
Today, seeing her stand with such dignity, receiving the unit guidon and accepting her command with confidence, was a moment that filled all of us with pride. ❤️
I wish that this new position brings her success, growth, and fulfillment in every step.
May she be a leader who is respected, trusted, and loved by her Soldiers, and may she guide her company with strength and compassion.

🇺🇸 What is a Change of Command and Why Is It Important?
In the U.S. Army, a Change of Command ceremony marks one of the most meaningful traditions, representing:
• Continuity of leadership
• Trust placed in the incoming commander
• Respect for both outgoing and incoming leaders
The ceremony consists of three key elements:
1️⃣ Passing of the Guidon
The unit guidon symbolizes authority, responsibility, and the honor of the unit.
When the outgoing commander passes the guidon to the higher commander — who then hands it to the new commander — it signifies the official transfer of leadership in front of the Soldiers.
2️⃣ Assumption of Command
The new commander formally accepts the responsibility and expresses their intent and commitment to lead the unit forward.
This moment reflects readiness, leadership, and accountability for the Soldiers they will lead.
3️⃣ Unit/Army Song
Singing the unit or Army song reinforces unity, loyalty, and the heritage passed down through generations of Soldiers.
The entire ceremony is designed to honor both leaders.
It is not a competition, nor a comparison — but a tradition built on honor, stability, trust, and respect.
