The deliciousness begins this Thursday, September 4th at Chick-Fil-A

Construction on residential building #2 of 7 is fully underway. The foundation and the first floor are in place. They are expecting an April 2026 completion timeframe.

Week of July 26 construction progress at Brumwell's 🚜

Just another month or so for the Chick-Fil-A to be open for business. The sign is being installed today. Most of the outside work is coming to an end.

The first residential +55 condo building is complete and starting to be lived in. It appears that construction on the second building may have started. The foundation appears to be marked.

The first residential +55 condo building is complete. Timeframe for the start of the next building is unknown.

The pool at the YMCA looks fantastic. two more weeks and the schools will be out for the summer and the pool will be in full swing! 🌞😎

Week of March 20th construction progress at Brumwell's 🚜

I have taken video and pics of the site the last several weeks but have not published them. I understand that a considerable amount of work goes in to the development of the land prior to buildings being erected (sewage/drainage, utilities, grading, etc). But from a bird's eye view, it just sort of looks like dirt is being loaded from over here to be relocated over there.

The retaining wall looks great around the CFA site and work is in progress there everyday. Also, all of the siding/deck completion appears to be in their final stages on the first building, unsure of the the interior progress.

Again, I do not want to take anything away from the work that has been performed, but with that being said, I am a little slower on the postings while it is mostly land development.

No other updates about surrounding sites in the project though development of the land continues to be observed.
