Rik and Patti:

My family is struggling financially. My wife and I have talked about getting second jobs to help us make ends meet. Several weeks ago, she told me she wanted to start posting pictures of herself in her bathing suits on her social media accounts. She said the more hits she got, the more money she could make. Well, things exploded.

Her pictures have everyone talking and have gone viral. People are coming up to me at work and at the grocery store and making all sorts of comments. Strange men from all over the country are DM’ing my wife and sending her compliments. It's been a bit much especially for the kids. The comments are uncomfortable. I’m sort of regretting my decision to let her do it.

Last night, she told me she thinks she is going to make several thousand dollars this month from the pictures. She's had that many hits. She is very proud of her pictures and the compliments she is receiving. Both are boosting her confidence and self-esteem. I am torn about what to do.

I am thinking about asking her to take down the pictures even though we really need the money. The attention is overwhelming. What would you do if you were me? Ignore the comments and take the money .. OR .. have her remove the pictures?
