Dental offices are considered places of public accommodation under Title III of the ADA, which means they must ensure equal access to their services for people with disabilities.
If your disability makes it difficult or impossible to fill out forms, the office must provide reasonable assistance, such as:

Reading or writing information on forms for you

Providing alternative methods (for example, electronic or verbal intake)

Allowing a support person or advocate to help you

They cannot refuse service or require you to bring your own helper if the accommodation is something they can reasonably provide.

In 5 days 40 million people will lose access to their snap benefits. Millions will go hungry in this country due to the failing leadership of this administration. Just remember who's fault it is. The GOP. Don't fall for their BS lies.

We must help each other more than ever. Check in on your neighbors. Not just the elderly and children. Check in on your disabled friends/family as well. If you are in the position to help do so.

I had my first guest visit yesterday!I Jordan Chaney came through on his way down to the southwest! We had an amazing time at an awesome cigar lounge in downtown Napa last night! The non alcoholic beer game is at an all-time high! I got to sip on some non-alcoholic Guinness and some non-alcoholic Stella Artois! He brought me a new non-alcoholic beer for me by the brand Clausthaler. It was so delicious! It was like a Heineken light, and it was bursting with flavor!

We went to an amazing cafe (Good Day Cafe) in downtown Vallejo and had an amazing breakfast with amazing cornbread!

Can't wait to host again!

This is going to be week 3 of my new living situation. I have been actively getting settled in and ordering things I need. So far I met some wonderful people and continued my relationships with old friends!

Today marks the first day of fall and I couldn't be more excited! I love the fall and winter and can't wait to bust out the hoodies!

I've been working on a new routine for the morning. One of my favorite parts of my new routine is playing the upright piano my roommate as! I'm so glad he kept insisting I used my left hand on the piano to play along with my right hand. I was reluctant because I always got frustrated with my left hand no longer being able to play different types of instruments. I had completely surrendered to this new mindset. I'm so happy to report that I listened and now I'm playing with both of my hands on the piano! Still need a lot of practice, but I'm well on my way to bring my left hand back to making music! I already wrote two new songs on the piano!

I also found a new gym that has a swimming pool! It is such a beautiful looking gym! I can't wait to get back into the water! I'm getting in shape for my kayaking excursion next month in Berkeley!

Can't wait to do some advocacy work in California!

Last week I got to go to my favorite place in the Tri-Cities before I made my big move. I was saddened that I was not able to meet with my dear friend . I couldn't run into this busy bee! I will be back to say hi in person!

Thank you for having a wonderful staff and for taking the leap of Faith and opening up this wonderful cafe! Thank you for everything you do for this community! The Tri-Cities is lucky to have someone like you! Can't wait to come back in for a delicious Huckleberry / coconut Italian soda! Also, I plan on submitting from down here! Love the art you always display!
