It is always exciting to see the first wine of a vintage near completion. Our 2024 Patelin de Tablas Rosé is fully blended and ready for bottling (and boxing!) in January. Our thoughts so far?⁠

The wine shows pink grapefruit, watermelon, and sea spray on the nose, with vibrant acids, nectarine and wild strawberry fruit along with a crushed limestone mineral note. The mouth-watering finish shows yellow raspberry notes and saline minerality.
