In the spirit of giving back to a community that has always been there for Anthony and his family, the Grilli family established the Anthony M. Grilli Memorial Scholarship Fund. For the past 19 years, the scholarship has been given every year to two Islip High School seniors with the passion of pursuing a college education in the area of culinary and music, two of Anthony’s favorite things. The annual golf tournament and dinner, which will take place on Aug. 7 at Timber Point Country Club, is the sole fundraiser for the scholarships.
