𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗗 𝗜𝗧 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗥𝗦𝗧: A New York State man masturbated onto a horrified child while on line at the Garden State Plaza Old Navy store, Paramus police said.
Samuel Omitiran, 22, of Monroe, "was exposing himself to shoppers, including children," shortly after 1:30 p.m. today (Fri., May 22nd), Paramus Police Chief Robert Guidetti said.
He then masturbated to ej*******on onto a pre-teen while standing on line, the chief told Independent Online News.
He fled the store, but Paramus Police Sgt. Matt McGuire tracked Omitiran through the mall into the parking lot, where Officer Don Liu stopped his vehicle, Guidetti said.
Omitiran was taken into custody and charged with child sexual assault, child endangerment and lewdness, among other counts.
The U.S.-born American citizen was sent to Bergen County's jail to await a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
