After a three-week holiday hiatus, musical bingo returned to Joey A’s Bar & Grill tonight. 🎶

The night featured SIX different winners: Herb ($10), Lou ($15), Luca ($15), Janice ($25), and Sue ($50) each won gift certificates, and “Pookieface” won a free dessert! 🍨

Musical bingo will be held every Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. 🗓️

There will be at least $115 in gift certificates up for grabs every week and it is always completely free to play for people of all ages! 🤑

The most wholesome request of my life… 🥹

Background: A young woman requested me for her wedding after seeing me perform at NYE two years ago. They came again last year. The wedding was three weeks ago. They came again last night.

Her sister and I bonded at the wedding… but I didn’t expect this.

Kind words always matter. If you have them in your heart, share them. This was one of my last moments of 2025, and I will remember it forever.

During the month of January, Mr. 845 Entertainment is offering a bundle package of wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and uplighting services for just $2600 – a $400 discount off full price.

That price includes MC services, planning calls, and any venue visits needed. It is not limited to 2026 weddings, so this is a chance for 2027 and 2028 couples to book early. A deposit must be paid to lock in the offer rate.

2025 was all about managing growth. 📈

As a DJ, this was my first year taking on weddings independently. I cannot thank my couples enough for trusting me with their big days. Nick & Dan, Tim & Kerriann, Jim & Christine, Andrew & Megan… from the bottom of my heart, thank you. ❤️

The year also brought new business with the likes of , , and , among others. I’m thankful to be closing the book on the year with for the third straight year. 🤝

As a father, this was the year my daughter said her first words, celebrated her first birthday, and took her first steps. Giabella even made it out to a few events. I try to limit how much of my personal life I share on here, but being a comes before teaching and DJing every single time. A massive thank you to for being the perfect partner, parent, and teammate through life. 🩷

As a , this was the year that saw the end of my first year and start of my second at a dream school. It did not take long to see that it is a profession that requires constant reflection and adjustment. 👨🏻‍🏫

2025 forced me to be intentional with my time in a number of ways. It forced me to protect my peace and my family. It was, in short, a lot. But I’m glad to be here and experience all of the wonderful things that unfolded. 🙏🏻

I honestly do not know what 2026 will look like, but I know it will be a juggling act. I thank each of you for following along this circus. 🎪

Now let’s slam the book on 2025 and ring in 2026! 🪩

𝐆𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐖𝐈𝐓𝐇 𝐀 𝐁𝐀𝐍𝐆! 💥

Jay may have a broken foot, but winning the final round of musical bingo for the year tonight ensured he did not leave Hudson’s Mill with a broken heart. He and his family got to take $50 off their bill with the win! 🏆

Juan ($10), Marjorie ($15), and Anthony ($25) each earned gift certificates for their wins against the 33-player field. 🤑🤑🤑

Hudson’s Mill will be closed on Mondays during the month of January, so there will be no musical bingo until February. We will return on Monday, Feb. 5. 🗓️

A wedding DJ has many responsibilities, but the top priority is delivering a performance that blends couple's requests with music that will also appeal to 𝐚𝐥𝐥 guests. When there are over 200 people, that is not always easy.

This wedding was a little out of my comfort zone, as the couple asked for a good amount of country, but the bride and groom were thrilled with the music at the end of the night. (The quote above was part of a text from the groom the next day.)

𝐇𝐎-𝐇𝐎-𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐘 𝐂𝐎𝐖, 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐀 𝐂𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐃! 🤯

Hudson’s Mill packed the place with a record crowd of 48 players during musical bingo tonight!

We had four different winners – Abby ($10), Coco Mina ($15), James ($50), and Jaime ($50) – and no, those prize amount are not a typo. As a Christmas treat, Mr. 845 Entertainment doubled the prize for the third round.

Musical bingo will be back next Monday, Dec. 29, from 7:00-8:00 p.m., and then will be on hiatus through January.
